5:00am – Parking lots open. 7:00am to 8:00am – Balloons launch, Food trucks available. 5:30pm – Costume Contest, Food trucks and activities. 6:00pm – Balloon Glow and Trick or Treat from balloons!

• Introduction: Parks and Recreation's free trick or treating special event - Pirates in the Park - is a two part event! In the morning come out and see the balloon launch! In the evening enjoy a costume contest, food trucks and activities, trick or treating from hot air balloons and finally the Balloon Glow!
